Your usage of Spettro Cowork services is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). Spettro Cowork retains the right to modify the T&C without prior notice. The membership application with Spettro Cowork establishes a prepaid usage license for accessing amenities on a monthly or quarterly basis.

1. In order to be a part of the co-working space the candidate will be required to submit a government recognized id proof. It may be aadhar card or passport or voter id card.
2. The candidate will be expected to maintain the decorum of the space as other candidates will be working simultaneously and should not be disturbed.
3. All the candidates will be provided the facilities as mentioned, including high speed internet, fully maintained and hygienic working space, kitchen (for specific hours), meeting area (booked on prior basis), tea and coffee service, supreme level security, printing facilities* and most importantly personal working space.
4. Members are strictly prohibited from subletting or assigning their allocated workspace to any third party; only the designated member is authorized to use the assigned space.
5. Membership cancellation requires written notice submitted at least one week prior to the renewal date; otherwise, the full one-month cost will be charged.

Some key points to remember-

• The internet facility should not be misused. The activities will be monitored done using the wifi provided. Any activity found to be illegal or against the decorum shall clearly be reported to the police.
• Kitchen shall be allotted to the people working in the co working space but only for specific timing.
• The washroom should be maintained clean. It is a basic responsibility to leave the washroom as clean as you would expect it to be.
• The candidate is expected to keep his/her working area sorted and should not damage the property whatever the case is.
• The meeting room (as showed during the tour) will be available to take meetings with your personal clients or office members but only on prior bookings. Bookings will be confirmed onlt on the basis of availability. Any requirement should be reported at 9899888698 or 9354184200. No on the spot meetings shall be arranged on your end without approvals.
• The candidates working in the co working space shall not be allowed to interact professionally or personally with the team members outside that particular room.
• We do not entertain late night shifts nor will any such thing be allowed whatever the case is. The timings will clearly be 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.
• The candidates will be allowed all the liberations but no misconduct and nuisance.
• There will be proper documentation done requiring your id proof along with your company id card. References from your current company, along with its joining letter will be required too. There will be an agreement signed mentioning the duration of your presence or co working space requirement along with the charges that you must fulfill as per the requirement.(most preferably within first week of each month)
